Jean Donaldson - author of Culture Clash - is maybe one of the smartest people on earth and founder of the world-reknown San Francisco SPCA Dog Training Academy, a rigorous education for dog trainers. She was a pioneer in the clicker training movement which is a much more effective way of training your dog - or cat, bird, or whatever. Her books are brilliant and she is amazing! >
